Home is designed to provide you with privacy, views, natural light, large windows to bring the outside in and views of the night sky. Accented with Asian & African Antiquity's. New contemporary furnishing. Updated with taste and your comfort in mind.

It is a non-smoking no pet home. Maximum guest size is 6 people. Minimum days ranges from 2 to 4 days depending on holidays. Check in time is 4pm and checkout 11am. We maybe able to accommodate different times with a 7 day notice.

The home is on 3/4 acre lot with a large coastal garden and pond. The architect designed two separate buildings (Main & MBR) with over 850sqft. of connecting decks on 3 levels.

1st Level: The main building is an open floor plan that houses the living room, dining area, full bath and a sleeping loft. It has large windows to bring the outside view of the coastal garden, river and ocean. Sit out on the deck to take in the Jenner estuary wildlife and watch our spectacular sunsets.

2nd Level: A private Master Bedroom Suite. This unique building is designed to create a private space from the main house for those romantic evenings or write that novel or screenplay. It has a large shower room for two, writing desk, sitting area, vanity and bath. It includes a deck to watch the sunrise or sunset.

3rd Level: On the 3rd lower deck we have a hot tub and a outdoor eating area with a Weber grill with tables and chairs. It too has views of the coastal garden, river and ocean.

Coastal Garden: The coastal garden has easy walking paths between the variety of garden spaces. Each area has seasonal flowers so there will be flowers blooming through out the year. There are many places to sit and read. Our pond is a favorite spot for Pacific Tree Frogs to mate, lay eggs, become tadpoles and mature into frogs that live in the garden. Our mosquito fish keep the pond free from mosquito.

Overview: Up to a maximum of 6 guests per Sonoma County. Sleeping for up to 4 people in the main building. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two twin beds in the sleeping loft. Please note: The twin beds cannot be moved together to create a full size bed. We have provided an additional memory foam mattress to add that extra comfort when sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Sleeping for up to two people in the master bedroom building with a queen sofa bed. Luxury high thread count sheets provided. Down comforters, wool blankets and pillows.

Baths: Main home includes a full bath with claw foot tub. Private Master Bedroom Suite a vanity, bath, master shower room for 2.

Entertainment & Communications: Free US long distance phone service. No cell reception at home. There is cell reception in town. Satellite WiFi Internet. Internet is provided for checking email and web surfing. Sorry no Internet downloads or streaming. Satellite provider limits bandwidth each month. Dish satellite television programs. Large selection of dvd's with blue ray players in main house and master bedroom. I pod player with docking station in master bedroom. Receiver with ipod hook up in main house. Collection of music.

Cooking Indoor & Out: Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor Weber gas grill. Extensive cook book library to challenge or delight the chef in all of us. Kitchen Appliances: New Liebherr refrigerator freezer, Updated Kitchen-aid range, New Zephyr range hood, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, french press and electric drip coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen with small appliances for baking, food prep and raw food preparation. High quality knifes, pots and pans. On the 3rd level deck is a 3 burner Weber gas grill, picnic table and chairs.

Rental Info: Perfect for 2 to 4 adults. Can accommodate a max. of 6 people. Extra charge for more then 2 people.

Age Limit: The home was built by an architect for an adult couple so it is not child friendly. Multiple level decks and separate sleeping buildings requires us to have a minimum age requirement of 8 yrs. old.

Special Sonoma Tax Note: Sonoma County requires renters pay a Transient Occupancy Tax.

Laundry in Loft: Washer & Dryer available for guest. Iron and Iron Board

Directions to Jenner 1: Coastal Route
Drive west through old town Petaluma on E. Washington St. The road will turn into Bodega Ave. then Valley Ford Rd and then Hwy US 1.
The drive from Bodega Bay to Jenner is very windy. Take your time and take in many scenic overlooks of the Sonoma Coast. Drive north on highway one for about 20 minutes. In the town of Jenner you will pass the post office on the left and the gas station on the right. Speed limit is 25 miles so slow down please. House address will be provided after booking.

Directions to Jenner 2: Russian River Road
Russian River Route (101 to Jenner 28 miles): River road exit 494 on US 101 to Jenner will take you past wineries, farms, Redwood forest, Russian river towns of Rio Nido, Guerneville, Monte Rio, and Duncan Mills. You can stop at the Safeway in Guernville to get groceries. Safeway address: 16405 Hwy 116, Guerneville. This drive is not as windy as the coastal road from Bodega Bay to Jenner. River Road will turn into Highway CA-116.You will take CA-116 and take a right on Highway 1/CA-1 to Jenner.
